Refund policy

At S Mahanji, each artwork is created and packaged with great care.

Original artworks

All original artwork sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong artwork is sent.

Damaged orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage and packaging.

If approved, we will provide a replacement (where possible) or a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
